Chicken and Pear Salad

Ingredients
2 Medium Conference Pears
1 Lemon, Juiced (35ml)
250g Mixed Salad Leaves
200g Chicken Breast, Roast without
Skin
2 Tbsp/30ml Vinaigrette Style Salad
Dressing, 95% Fat Free
Method
- Slice the pears in half, remove core and cut into
wedges. Dip into the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Chop cooked chicken into strips and place in a large
bowl with the salad leaves.
- Add the pear wedges, drizzle over some fat free
dressing and serve.
