Celeriac & Carrot Mash

Ingredients
750g Carrots, Whole, Raw,
Peeled, Average
1 Tbsp/3.8g Parsley, Fresh,
Average
15g Butter, Low Fat, Marks &
Spencer*
500g Celeriac, Raw, Average
Method
- Peel and cut the carrots and celeriac into chunks
and place in a pan of boiling water.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender, drain and
return to the pan.
- Mash together with the knob of butter and sprinkle
over the chopped flat leaf parsley.
