Ingredients
- 1lb/454g Potatoes, Boiled, Average
- ½lb/227g Cabbage, Boiled, Average
- 100g Brussels Sprouts, Boiled, Average
- 1 Tsp/5g Salt, Table, Average
- 1 Tsp/2g Pepper, Black, Freshly Ground, Average
- 6 Tbsps/90ml Oil, Vegetable, Average
Method
- Mash potatoes.
- Add cabbage, brussel sprouts, salt and pepper to mash potato and mix well.
- Divide the mix into six equal patties.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side, oruntil golden brown.
