Ingredients

  • 1lb/454g Potatoes, Boiled, Average
  • ½lb/227g Cabbage, Boiled, Average
  • 100g Brussels Sprouts, Boiled, Average
  • 1 Tsp/5g Salt, Table, Average
  • 1 Tsp/2g Pepper, Black, Freshly Ground, Average
  • 6 Tbsps/90ml Oil, Vegetable, Average

Method

  1. Mash potatoes.
  2. Add cabbage, brussel sprouts, salt and pepper to mash potato and mix well.
  3. Divide the mix into six equal patties.
  4. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side, oruntil golden brown.
