Ingredients

7oz/196g Flour, Plain, Average

2.0 oz Chocolate, Chips, Milk, Home Baking, Tesco*

1.0 oz Cocoa Powder, Fairtrade, Food Thoughts*

1.0 oz Oats, Rolled, Infinity*

1.0 oz Breakfast Cereal, Oat Bran, Odlums*

3.0 oz Sugar, Light Brown, Soft, Silver Spoon*

2.0 oz Butter, Spreadable, Reduced Fat, Lighter, Lurpak*

1 Med Egg/50g Eggs, Free Range, Medium, Average

8.0 oz Natural Biopot Set Yoghurt, Onken*

0.0 fl oz Milk, Skimmed, Organic, Waitrose*

Method

  1. Melt the butter and whisk together with egg, milk and yogurt.
  2. Put rest of ingredients in to a bowl and stir in the yogurt mix, stir until ncely combined.
  3. Spoon in to cake cases --should make 24 which is only 90 cals.
  4. Bake at 200C for 15 mins.

Recipe adapted from Slimming world magazine, which used oatmeal instead of rolled oats and bran and 1 tablespoon of sweetener instead of the sugar.
