The White Caterthun 5k Fun Run and Half Marathon
Angus, Tayside
5km or 13.1 miles
Starts @ 11:15
The race gradually gained in popularity from a couple of dozen runners on the first outing to several hundred before stopping in the mid 1990's due to the untimely death of one of the main organisers and the subsequent break-up of the Brechin Road Runners as a club. As with most of these types of race, there was a loyal group of supporters who took part and came back year after year to try and better their time or in my case, actually manage to finish the race.
