Reebok i run Review

WLR member JillW puts the Reebok i run through it's paces, here's her review

I won an i run in the Weight Loss Resources' Legs, Bums and Tums Challenge and have been using it regularly.

This is unusual for me as I haven't been a regular exerciser. I've been a member of 3 different gyms (at great expense) but never managed to go often enough. With a full-time job, a commute and two children, going to the gym just didn't fit into my lifestyle.

I'm enjoying having the treadmill so much. I don't have to leave the house, or worry about what I'm wearing, or spend time in a changing room … I just put on some old shorts, with sports bra and trainers and then get straight onto the i-run.

I've been following the WLR beginner's running programme and am getting better quite quickly. At first I used the i-run every day, I've now settled into 3 or 4 times a week. It never takes me more than half an hour, and I usually time it just before I'd be having a shower anyway.

Apart from the convenience I hope it will make a real difference to my fitness levels in the long run. And the best thing? - all the lovely extra calories I get to eat after the exercise!"
