Dyna-Bands Review

Was it easy to use?
Exercise equipment for resistance training doesn’t come any easier than this. To use
the Dyna-Band you simply hold it in your hands or tie it round
your legs, depending on the exercise.
Were the exercises hard or easy?
The exercises were not too difficult. The ones for toning up
your legs
I thought were slightly harder but with practice would become
second nature.
Did I enjoy it?
Doing the workout each day was more fun than certain methods
of exercise I can think of. The only downside is that each workout
is only 10 minutes and I felt like I was just getting into it and
then it was all over. It is nice that you have a different work
out for each day, as some exercise videos can be very repetitive.
Were the instructions for the exercises clear?
Katy Carroll takes you through each exercise step by step but
I sometimes felt that she did not leave enough time for us
beginners to get into position. For some of the steps, I would
just be getting used to it and she would change to another. I
found this a bit annoying but again, practice would soon solve
this problem.
Did I feel like I was actually working out?
I could really feel the Dyna-Band working my muscles. I was
surprised how well they work considering that they look and
smell suspiciously like a balloon! On Day 2 my bum actually hurt
from the exercises and on Day 3 my arms ached too. That’s
definitely a sign of the exercises strengthening muscles.
Overall Opinion
Two thumbs up for the Dyna-Bands. Inexpensive and convenient
they are well worth a try!
