Nicola is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor. Health has always been important to her, both in her former career as an Officer in the Royal Air Force and now in her vocation as a fitness professional. She advocates a sensible balanced diet and regular exercise as the way to maintain a healthy body and mind. Nicola has experience of training and advising men and women of all ages and of varying levels of health and fitness.

Nicola has completed personal training courses with Premier Training International to REPs Level 3, and has supplemented this with a nutritional qualification.
