As the routes increase in distance the tougher they get. Includes steep climbs and fast descents, but also provides wonderful views.

Last year more than 600 cyclists took part so complete it this time around in aid of the bhf. The routes follow rural roads so you can take in the English countryside when the autumnal colours are at their peak.

The famous London to Brighton has gone off-road and now mixes cycle path, single track cycling and forest tracks. This event is limited to 750 places, so sign up quickly to avoid dissappointment.
