What Happens in the LighterLife for Men Meetings?
Support is a crucial part of the plan. You attend a ‘men only’ group and get regularly weighed and measured. You get to choose your Lighter Life food packs for the coming week, and with the help of your counsellor, establish your reasons for overeating and put together a plan to overcome them.
How Long Does Lighter Life for Men Last?
You continue until you have reached the goal set with your counsellor before moving onto the management stage.
What Can I Eat on the Lighter Life Diet?
You get 4 food packs a day, and cut out alcohol, pizza, chips etc. You replace regular meals and eat only the soups, shakes bars, porridge and chilli. The packs are nutritionally balanced to give you all that your body needs.
Will I Feel Hungry on the Lighter Life diet?
According to LighterLife, you will start to burn stored fat and as a side effect should feel less hungry
